Returns & Exchanges
Maison Shéron wants every object to arrive in the condition and character in which it was intended.
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the return period and conditions applicable to the country of purchase.
Return Condition
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Accompanied by all original packaging
- Accompanied by accessories and documentation
- Free from damage, alteration or signs of use
Maison Shéron reserves the right to decline a return if an object does not meet these conditions.
Personalized & Special Objects
Personalized, commissioned, made-to-order and certain limited-edition objects may not be eligible for return.
For exceptional objects, eligibility will be communicated prior to acquisition.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact Maison Shéron Client Services with your order number and the object you wish to return.
Return authorization and instructions will be provided where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an object arrives damaged or differs from your confirmed order, please contact Client Services promptly and retain all original packaging.
